All packages are carefully prepared and shipped by Pinky Mimosa's team from our warehouse located in Verdun, QC.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

We typically ship through Canada Post and USPS.

Shipping to Canada & USA:

Once a web order is completed and paid,  we'll confirm all orders by email within 24 hours. If after 24 hours, you did not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam box. Our email might end up there, as some email boxes are more sensitive than others.

General business hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (EDT local time).

The parcel will be shipped in the following days, we do our best to get orders out as quickly as we can, but please note that delays are possible.

Please make sure to enter your shipping information correctly at checkout. If your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, your parcel will be lost. If the parcel is returned to us, you will have to pay the shipping fees again to receive it.

Pinky Mimosa is not responsible for delays that might be caused by the carrier. Once the parcels leave our warehouse, they become the carrier's responsibility.

Delivery, handling and custom charges are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Please let us know if any of these happen.

International Shipping:

Please email us with the items you wish to purchase and your international shipping address. We will provide a shipping quotation prior to proceeding with your order. When you approve, we will send an easy email invoice, payable online through PayPal. Orders shipping to international destinations may take longer to ship. However, we will provide an accurate shipment expected date by email once you make your purchase. 

Custom and Duties fees :

For all USA and International orders customs fees may apply depending on the final destination of your order. Please note that additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs:

Grand Montreal - Flat rate $16 cad.

Quebec and Ontario - Flat rate $18 cad.

Rest of the provinces (except Yukon, Northern Territory, Nunavut) - Flat rate $20 cad.

Yukon, Northern Territory, Nunavut- Flat rate $27 cad.

United States (except Hawaii and Alaska) - Flat rate $24 cad.

An extra shipping charge will be added if the parcel has a high weight and/or volume. It will be indicated in your cart before checkout.
